All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by SOL INCINERATOR. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud and security team.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes but exclusive of delivery fees. Delivery fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made at the time of placing an order through our secure payment processing system. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the checkout page.
We currently deliver to select areas across Canada. Delivery availability is determined by your location and will be confirmed during the checkout process. We aim to deliver within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information or the customer not being available to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee or consider the order completed.
Once an order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations may not be possible as we begin preparing orders promptly. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is in process.
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of SOL INCINERATOR and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SOL INCINERATOR or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if SOL INCINERATOR or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some provinces, states, or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to You. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOL INCINERATOR and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

For United States Federal Government End Users: SOL INCINERATOR is a "commercial item" as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. 2.101, consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation," as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. 12.212 and 48 C.F.R. 227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as commercial items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
Except as provided herein, the failure of SOL INCINERATOR to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
No waiver by SOL INCINERATOR of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of SOL INCINERATOR to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.
The Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and SOL INCINERATOR with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Service.
